Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and suited my family well, but the constant smell of toast from the restaurant above at 7:00 am disturbed my sleep. Although the rooms were clean and spacious, they felt hot and stuffy even with the air conditioning on at the lowest temperature.
I felt like I hit the jackpot with this hotel! The rooms are sumptuous and spacious, making for a truly relaxing stay. While it's close to a main road into Alcazar de San Juan, so convenient, the location is slightly out of town, but the proximity to the Mancha's most beautiful villages more than makes up for it. The service was friendly, especially considering a wedding was taking place that evening. The dining experience was excellent, with a surprising upscale and delicious selection of dishes. The facilities were top-notch, truly enhancing my overall experience.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were clean and spacious, although they needed a better clean. The hotel's location was slightly out of town, but still in close vicinity to the Mancha's most beautiful villages, making it a convenient stop on a journey to southern Spain. The dining experience was equally good, providing a variety of options, but the coffee was a bit weak.
I had a delightful stay at the hotel with its comfortable rooms, friendly service, and lovely location near the beautiful villages of Mancha. However, the early morning toast smell from the restaurant above was a slight disturbance to my sleep.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were incredibly spacious, with a large living room and separate bedroom, a lovely covered terrace overlooking a park, 2 TVs, and a huge bathroom with a jacuzzi heated tub and separate shower. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, especially during sunset. The service was top-notch despite being a bit understaffed due to a wedding event happening, and the staff at the reception desk, restaurant, and cafeteria were all very polite and helpful. The location, though slightly out of town, was perfect for a break on the way to the south of Spain, with close proximity to beautiful villages and natural attractions for bird watching. The dining experience was outstanding, with hot and delicious dishes from the kitchen, making it the best in the area. The leisure facilities within the hotel grounds were a bit lacking, but the overall experience was great.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was great for breaking a journey to the south of Spain, being close to beautiful villages, but the leisure facilities were lacking. The rooms were a bit of a mixed bag - with a nice view but some issues like the smell of toast early in the morning. The service was top-notch, friendly and professional throughout, although some facilities like the late room access were inconvenient. Dining was a highlight with excellent choices and a friendly atmosphere, even if slightly bland at times.
My stay at the hotel was exceptional, with fantastic rooms and service, although the location had its drawbacks. The dining experience was top-notch, and the facilities were impressive.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with a jacuzzi and sauna overlooking the courtyard cloisters, but the balcony was dirty and ants were a nuisance. The service was accommodating and helpful, especially with directions, but may have been understaffed during events. The location, though slightly out of town, is convenient for a stopover with beautiful villages nearby, but availability could be better. Dining is excellent with a variety of dishes and efficient service. The facilities are fantastic overall.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and luxurious with a big balcony overlooking a park, a large living room, separate bedroom, and a lovely covered terrace. The bathroom was fantastic with a jacuzzi heated tub and separate shower. The service was exceptional, with staff going out of their way to help me with travel arrangements. The location is perfect for exploring the beautiful villages nearby, even though leisure facilities were lacking. The dining experience was excellent overall, with a variety of hot dishes available. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay even more enjoyable.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were very comfortable and well-equipped, but unfortunately, they were full of mosquitoes. The location was good for breaking a journey, although slightly out of town. The service was excellent, with staff going out of their way to assist me. The dining experience had its highs and lows, with good hot dishes but weak coffee. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with a few drawbacks.
